Material: Cherry wood is one of the most beloved for cutting boards. Both hard and dense, it is gentle on knives, naturally durable, and incredibly pleasing to the eye.

When new, it displays warm pink and red tones. With time and use, it deepens into an array of rich browns — a board that grows and changes in the kitchen as you do. Each of our boards is one-of-a-kind.

The board is sealed with food-safe oils and finishes, making it suitable for daily chopping, slicing, and prep. It's made to be used!

We highly recommend hand washing with mild soap and warm water, then drying immediately vertically.
Do not soak or put it in the dishwasher. That applies to all quality wooden boards.

Oil once or twice monthly with food-grade mineral oil, or whenever the wood appears dry and rough to the touch.
