Online orders are fulfilled in-house by Marché l’îlot. We try our best to make it as fast as possible for you!
We ship Monday through Friday (Eastern time), and will work our hardest to fulfill your order within 48 hours of purchase (on business days). If you place an order after 12:00 (noon) EST on a Friday, your order will be processed on the next business day. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays and weekends.
The shipping timeframes you see at checkout are representative of transit time with our shipping supplier and do not account for the time it takes us to pack orders. Delivery should be made within 7 days from the moment of shipment.
We offer local deliveries (15 km from our store) for free. Shipping costs accross Quebec province is at a flat rate of 10$. For the rest of Canada, unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free delivery. Fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and the rates in effect for your destination. There might be additional charges for remote areas, if so, we will contact you by email.
We ship everywhere in Canada. Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping yet.
If your shipping details are incorrect, please notify us straight away through this link with your name, order number and CORRECT address so we can forward this straight over to our dispatch team to amend. We are not held liable if your order have already been dispatched.
If you have made an error and need your order amended, please notify us straight away through this link and we will see if your package as been already placed or it can be cancel without further fees.
We will accept returns of inedible merchandise within 14 days following purchase. After this period, it is no longer possible to return or exchange your items. PLEASE NOTE: All food/pantry purchases will be final sales.
Before sending back your item please email us through this link to get your return approved. The item must be in perfect condition and unused. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and all costs for the return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs charged upon the initial purchase are non-refundable as well.
We will offer store credit or an exchange, but it will not be possible to have a refund.
We take care of inspecting all garments before shipping them to you. If a product is damaged following delivery, please take photos of the damaged item including the parcel/box and please write to us within 48 hours. We will be happy to replace it.

Once your return has been lodged and then received, we will be in touch via email to issue you with your store credit code.
To then use your store credit, please apply the code in the field ‘Gift card or discount code’ and press apply.
The amount will then automatically be deducted from your purchase.

If you (or friends/family members) have food allergies, we strongly advise you to read the ingredients list of the products before buying it. This is your responsibility as the ingredients are all written on our website under each food product.The list of ingredients can also be found on all product labels.Thus, this is not a reason to request an exchange or a store credit.
If you have an abnormal allergic reaction to a product, please let us know within 48 hours. Please include details of what happened with pictures of the allergic reaction.
It's not possible to guarantee that our products are safe to use while pregnant or nursing, so we recommend to consult your physician before using a product that you are not sure about. This is your responsibility as the ingredients are all written on our website under each food product.Thus, this is not a reason to request an exchange or a store credit.
