SHIPPING

Online orders are fulfilled in-house by Marché l’îlot. We try our best to make it as fast as possible for you!

We ship Monday through Friday (Eastern time), and will work our hardest to fulfill your order within 48 hours of purchase (on business days). If you place an order after 12:00 (noon) EST on a Friday, your order will be processed on the next business day. Please keep in mind that this may change or be delayed during holidays and weekends.

The shipping timeframes you see at checkout are representative of transit time with our shipping supplier and do not account for the time it takes us to pack orders. Delivery should be made within 7 days from the moment of shipment.

We offer local deliveries (15 km from our store) for free with a minimum order of $25. Shipping costs accross Quebec province is at a flat rate of $10. For the rest of Canada, unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer free delivery. Fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and the rates in effect for your destination. There might be additional charges for remote areas, if so, we will contact you by email.

We ship everywhere in Canada. Unfortunately, we don't offer international shipping yet.
