The Rhubarb and Ginger Jam is a lovely automn/winter warmer and is perfect on toast after a chilly walk or over ice cream for an indulgent treat. The rhubarb is sweet and sticky, and the ginger brings a slight element of heat, finishing off on the palette perfectly. It's vegan and gluten free.
