Mix it with extra virgin olive oil and toss it with vegetables or tofu for grilling. Use it to flavor vinaigrettes for green salads, Lebanese fattoush salads, or Greek pasta salads. It adds excellent flavor to kebabs like lamb, beef, or chicken.
