Wilda cultivated this raw (unpasteurized) wildflower honey at their Prince Edward County farm and apiary. Much of their yield goes into honey-based natural spritzers, but this year they also produced a limited run of 1,080 jars so this is your chance to taste it!

Ingredient: 100% pure raw unpasteurized.

Shelf-stable at ambient temperature
Shelf life: at least 12 months if stored and handled properly (i.e. cool dry place, no cross contamination, only clean dry spoons going in the jars!).
