Buzz Hot Honey was developed in collaboration with Chef Christine Flynn, bestselling cookbook author and executive chef at iQ Food Co, Toronto.

Buzz is bright, floral, and spicy, and is so much more than just a chili-infused honey!

They infuse Canada No. 1 wildflower honey from Niagara, Ontario with a blend of chilies, spices and herbs like Aleppo pepper, lime leaf, lemongrass. They also added a dash of vinegar to punctuate the sweetness and make Buzz the versatile pantry hero we all love!

Ingredients: Honey, vinegar, dried chili peppers, salt, spices, lime leaf and lemongrass.Spiciness: medium.

Other info.: They do not add MSG to any of their products. They use ingredients like mushrooms and seaweed that contain higher levels of naturally-occurring free glutamate to add that savoury, umami goodness to Zing. Their products are naturally gluten-free. However, please keep in mind that they do not produce in a gluten-free facility so there is always a small risk of cross contamination.

Please refer to your individual products for Best Before (BB) dates. Shelf-stable at ambient temperature and have a shelf life of at least one year if stored and handled properly (i.e. cool dry place, no cross contamination, only clean dry spoons going in the jars!).
Tip: The condiments do not need to be refrigerated, however doing so can help to extend their freshness since there are no preservatives.
