Handmade and imported Tunisian harissa. Lamiri is working with local farmers and suppliers; their harissa embodies the years of refinement and culture that created it. They make their harissa the traditional way with only the best "Baklouti'' chillies, dried in traditional log-ovens to bring you a rich, smokey depth. They don't add any Xantham gum, artificial ingredients, rose petals or other nonsense - It's real harissa made the way it should be!
