The maple syrup is slowly and carefully cold smoked with wood chips and then infused with hot peppers, grown, well selected and dried by hand in the Eastern Township. The result is a warmth and smoke glorified with a taste of caramel. An absolute must for BBQ and spicy food enthusiasts.
