Ooomami is the answer to “Is it missing something?" or "Does it need more salt?” It’s supercharged salt and pepper, but way better! Add Ooomami to any recipe for a boost of flavour and depth minus the effort.

Try it with: Grilled veggies, stews, steaks, fried rice, crackers, eggs and popcorn. Here’s a lot of recipes you can try with the Hakka-ish chili crisp.

Ingredients: Salt, dried mushrooms, spices, sesame seeds, dried seaweed, garlic powder and dried chili peppers.
Contains: sesame seeds.
Spiciness: mild.

STORAGE

Please refer to your individual products for Best Before (BB) dates. Shelf-stable at ambient temperature and have a shelf life of at least one year if stored and handled properly (i.e. cool dry place, no cross contamination, only clean dry spoons going in the jars!).
Tip: The condiments do not need to be refrigerated, however doing so can help to extend their freshness since we do not use preservatives.
Shelf life: 12 months.
Other info.: They do not add MSG to any of their products. They use ingredients like mushrooms and seaweed that contain higher levels of naturally-occurring free glutamate to add that savoury, umami goodness to Zing. Their products are naturally gluten-free. However, please keep in mind that they do not produce in a gluten-free facility so there is always a small risk of cross contamination. This product is also vegan!
